"We were struggling to figure out the airport shuttle but Douglas was extremely patient and very helpful, returning our many calls trying to figure out directions! Awesome customer service, I would have been fed up with us. The room was also very clean and the beds were sooooo comfortable. "

"The co-worker who help is at check in he was so amazing, patience, professional and his customer service skills where through the roof. We only saw him during his afternoon shift when we would come back to the hotel and he would be all cheery and ask how was your day, did you guys enjoy it. Wish there were more like him in customer service area. Keep up the good work V."

"Staff at desk were abrupt, unhelpful. Breakfast was terrible - badly displayed buffet, cheap yoghurt in a large bowl, poor coffee, stale cereal but eggs and bacon were ok. Renovated room so badly designed: wasted space, desk that had to slide under shelf, strange piece with mirror etc (purpose?). The brown and black theme was depressing. Holiday Inn: do better!!!!"
