Welcome to Boho West Villa, a newly constructed 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat with 1,600 sq ft of modern comfort and plenty of fun. Just 10 minutes from downtown Chattanooga, this home is perfect for families, friends, or groups looking to relax and play.

Inside, the open living space features a 65" smart TV, comfortable seating, and a fully furnished dine-in kitchen complete with both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. Bedrooms include a master suite with a king bed and private bath, a guest room with a queen bed, and a bunk room with queen-over-queen bunks. Each bedroom has its own 55" smart TV, and the second full bath is conveniently shared by the guest rooms.

Step outside to your private fenced yard and discover the real fun: an 8-person hot tub, fire pit, cornhole boards, and horseshoe pits. Grill dinner on the gas BBQ or gather for outdoor dining while the kids (and adults!) play.

Cozy and relaxing stay

We all enjoyed our stay! It was easy to find, easy check-in and check-out, and just as described. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, but I recommend checking the temperature a few hours before you want to indulge. It was 104 and too hot for some of us, although I enjoyed it. We all loved that there was coffee and creamer available! I also enjoyed the nostalgia playing Mrs. Pacman on the arcade.

Clean, Comfy, and Cute!

The property was very nice and well kept, the host communicated everything we needed to know in a timely and professional manner, and we really enjoyed our stay! I’ve seen previous reviews commenting on the area, but it didn’t bother us. Everywhere we wanted to visit was still within a short driving distance, the neighbors all seemed friendly, and the alarm system made us feel plenty safe.

Great time in Chattanooga

The property had everything we needed. Loved the fun in the backyard with corn hole and hot tub. Convenient to all the attractions we wanted to see. Host is very responsive. Would absolutely recommend. The neighborhood is not Beverly Hills, but we had an excellent experience at this place.

This house was clean, beautiful, and perfectly decorated. More than ample room for our party of 6. I had initially been skeptical of the neighborhood, but we had no troubles at all. We were in town for a softball tournament and this location was very convenient to all softball parks. Fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. Exceptional communication from owners!

We found this property and were very excited about its appearance. They’d thought of everything down to a hamper in each room. We will just do a little better on our next rental with confirming it’s location and area of town. Everything as promised and then some!

We had a great stay in Chattanooga with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandsons for the Moon River Music Festival! Yes, the neighborhood is a little...well...let's put it this way - it may be off putting to some people, but we never felt concerned at any point after we got checked in. The house is fantastic, and the big backyard and hot tub were wonderful amenities. We would stay again without hesitation - thank you so much!

A great stay

We had a friends getaway in Chattanooga and this place was great. Had all the amenities we wanted, was clean, and was easy driving distance to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were so kind and checked in on us often. The one thing keeping this from being a 5-star stay are the bunk beds. We had 8 adults with us and the top bunk had a sticker saying it could not hold more than 200 pounds, so unless 2 of your adults are incredibly small someone will need to sleep on the couch. The bed was also quite unstable, shaking every time someone moved even an inch. Other than this, we greatly enjoyed our stay.

Cute Home

The home was cute and was perfect for our short stay. It comes stocked with all the necessities, which was very nice. We had trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi as the signal was not strong enough throughout the house. We were a little thrown off by the neighborhood because you can tell it is an older area that looks poor so the house definitely stood out. The neighborhood was quiet though and we did not have any issues. Overall, we did enjoy our stay there.

If you can imagine the “Chick-fil-a” of VRBO! Outstanding experience from start to finish!! Upon booking we were given exceptional communication from owners. Details/instructions were concise making check-in and planning a breeze. The house is adorable—clean, decorated perfectly with thoughtful details. The backyard is just what we were looking for with a privacy fence, cute string lights, a fire pit and a hot tub!! We were also given restaurant recommendations and sent a very helpful weekend Chattanooga calendar for the dates of our stay. Truly, these owners are gems! Don’t let the location scare you. It was safe, neighbors were friendly! Great experience! 10/10!!

Neighborhood is less than ideal

The house is just as listed. Nice and clean and had everything we needed including some snacks, bottles of water and my favorite part they provided fans. When getting close to the house and realizing what kind of location we were staying in I was so upset. I wish that Vrbo would allow you to at least know what area you’re staying in before hand so you can decide if that suits you or not. I am from the country so to me it was very loud at night and we did not sleep well. We didn’t have any issues with the surrounding neighbors except for the dogs constantly barking and vehicles being loud. I honestly didn’t feel safe at first but the security system gave me some peace of mind.

We only actually stayed at this specific location for one night so this review is primarily for the host(s). Regarding the property, it is as pictured. One thing missing from the description is that there's a security system. The reason we stayed for only one night was we noticed an issue with the front door lock. I assume this has been corrected by now. Anyway, we contacted the host in the evening when we noticed the issue. Within the hour, we were moved to a different house that I'd consider an upgrade (same amenities but larger and closer to downtown). The host(s) went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable at the new place and they checked in on us several times during our stay. I've heard horror stories about some hosts on VRBO but the individuals that helped us far exceeded my expectations. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice place-would stay again

Cute space. They are very intentional with guest needs. Rooms are a decent size with spacious closets. No ceiling fans, but there is a tower fan in each bedroom. I wouldn’t trust a heavyset person sleeping on the top bunk in the bunk room. Neighborhood is close to the projects and seems a little sketchy, but we had no issues with neighbors or the surrounding area. There is an alarm system available to use. Back yard is large and the hot tub cover is super easy to remove. No dishwasher so you will have to wash dishes by hand but they have a drying rack and mat available. Brand new washer & dryer are convenient. They have a Keurig & a regular 12-cup coffee maker. Owners/property managers are quick to respond to messages and they were very accommodating. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this house to others!!
