"The staff were super friendly and helpful from Erica at check-in to Jody at the Downtowner, and the cleaning staff (sorry I don't have any specific names to shout out!). I loved how close everything was, pretty much all of downtown was within walking distance. We did drive down to the river front but it only took us about 5 minutes to get there. The pool was clean and heated which was perfect for our stay. It was a great experience!"
