"Lovely hotel. Our train car was wonderful! Very comfortable & beautifully decorated. The lounge by the pool was a perfect gathering place each evening…very relaxing. Great staff & location. Love the history! Very walkable & convenient to Carta. That all said. The daily charge for parking over & above the room rate is a bit much. The lobby breakfast other than danish & coffee were less than desirable to be kind"

"I stayed here on 3/6-7 2026 in room 414. All day and night there’s an almost constant clanging noise that kept my wife and I up all night. Upon visiting the desk and notifying them of this they asked for our room number and upon telling them 414 they said oh yeah we know. So, they knowingly rented us a room with that noise issue. I don’t generally leave negative reviews but with their careless attitude I had to let others know to avoid this location. "

"Our group of five ladies stayed here for a girls night and had the best time! The room was very clean and the staff were top notch. We first met Kevin at valet who was beyond fantastic! He was so genuinely cheerful and helpful; we were thrilled to encounter him several times during our stay. Lisa, the bartender, was a delight and served us all the tea about the drama on the rooftop, too! :) I wish I could remember all the other staff members who helped us during our stay because they were all wonderful! Stay at the Embassy Suites and say hello to Kevin!! "

"The lobby was just renovated. It’s not completely finished but close. The only thing that is wrong is there are too many tables. Needs some comfortable seating. Rooms were clean and nice but could use more plugs or jacks for charging multiple devices. "
