"The other guests were the only real issue we had with this location. Our room was right beside the pool and kids were literally screaming and running around until 10PM. Other than that, the room was very clean and the coffee was surprisingly good. We brought our own coffee expecting a full-size coffee maker, but it’s a single-serve. The lids with the cups didn’t fit, but the ones we brought with us did. Also, the restaurant wasn’t open due to staffing, but the complimentary muffins were...

"It was a layover with my dog. After 10 hours on the road, I wanted a clean place to stay. This place was perfect. The staff was friendly. I actually liked the fact that during their remodel they replaced the carpet in the rooms with vinyl flooring. Less germs!"

"The staffs are cordial except the night receptionist that was working the night we checked in on 5-12-2024 was abrupt, not friendly, gave us a room 430 which was not cleaned enough with 4 pillows smells like it was not change .The next morning I went @ front desk and reported the problem and in 10 minutes ,the housekeeping supervisor named Ann came and the problem was resolved"

"Everything was great except the breakfast. They had a good selection of food but all of the "hot" food was cold. We ate about 8:30 am. Not only was it uneatable but there is real concern for food poisoning of food not held at high enough temperatures. We notified the staff but there was no response or apology. "

"Staff were very nice. Outside area had a lot of construction and appeared maybe a bit run down, but the room was really clean. It was quiet, no issues with people outside the room or loud neighbors. Nice to be able to park right in front of the room door. Fast check in and check out. Heads up, Expedia customers have to pay a $75 cash deposit, but at check out it was fast and got it right back. "

"The property is right off the highway but with grass area all around the hotel. We brought our dog and were able to walk her as needed. The breakfast was very good and so was the coffee."

"I had booked this hotel thinking it would be clean and smelling good but arrived to it smelling like crap with the AC blowing at full max. I pulled up to the bathroom see a cockroach welcoming me within the first minute of me checking in."

"We got in pretty late (12-1AM) and the front desk guy was so friendly. When I asked about potentially checking out late, he signed us up as a member to get this perk and noted our late check out. Didn’t catch a name but he had a septum nose piercing. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and pillows too. We loved that there was a black out option for the window/pull down curtain. Breakfast was okay but I wont complain, we did get there late so it wasn’t as fresh lol. But lots of options though! And...
