Located on the trendy Southside of Chattanooga, guests are just steps from delicious restaurants, local galleries, hip boutiques, and sophisticated nightlife. Many are attracted to this part of town to visit famous civil war sites or the Tennessee Aquarium.
LIVING SPACES
Enter the front door into a cultured mid-century modern vibe. A tufted sofa provides both comfort and style. The armchair, paired with both a cocktail table and statement lamp, is perfect for reading a few pages in a book or checking social media.

On the third level of this tri-story condo are the office and additional living space, complete with a workstation, TV, and sofa. It's a lovely spot to steal a few minutes of “alone time”.

The second level is home to an open bedroom and spa-like bath. Visitors will bask in this luxury king-size bed dressed with crisp, high-thread-count sheets, plenty of pillows, and decadent bedding. Dual nightstands and lamps provide a homey convenience. Enjoy your favorite late-night talk show host in bed. The oversized closet also houses the front-loading washer and dryer. The ensuite bath offers a marble vanity and walk-in shower with a frameless door.
OUTDOOR AMENITIES
Either morning coffee or afternoon cocktails will just taste better on your 3rd floor private deck. Complete with two chairs and a sun lounger, enjoy the cityscape or perhaps a sunrise from your unique perspective three stories up.
PARKING: This home can accommodate one vehicle in the designated lot via a parking pass. Instructions on where to find the pass will be in your check-in details. The pass must be returned at the end of the stay lest a $50 replacement fee be charged.

We are so proud of our Wildflower Tea Shop & Apothecary, Chattanooga's premier tea and herb shop. It features a wide variety of the not-so-easy to find teas for guests to either sit and enjoy onsite or bring home. They also feature bulk herbs, essential oils, crystals, and a variety of hand-crafted herbal remedies.
The Chattanooga Choo Choo has become our most popular destination, featuring restaurants, bars, attractions, shopping, and entertainment. Make sure you spend a day or evening there! Station Street was formerly an alleyway but has been renovated to provide a pedestrian-only thoroughfare, providing easy patio access to the restaurants and entertainment venues, and outdoor space for special events.
Don't feel like hoofing it? Rent a bike from Bike Chattanooga. The daily pass is just $8, or get a three-day pass for $15. Check out the downtown Free Electric Shuttle at South Station, found next to Chattanooga Choo Choo.
PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.

This is such a cute and clean place. Easy to get to and lots of places to eat or hangout within walking distance. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return soon!
The property is very clean and unique. Walk right out the door to great restaurants and coffee shops. Good communication with owners.. all around great stay. Will stay again when we are back that way.

What a great listing! This was perfect for two adults and a super quick walk to food and drink. We really enjoyed being able to leave the car in the parking lot and walk through Chattanooga.
Location, location, location. We were able to walk to everything from breakfast, coffee, shopping and dinner.The home is set up great and rooftop area is very relaxing. Few minor items need to be addressed like AC not working in bedroom and shower has leak but overall, great place!
Often the rental does not appear exactly as pictured online - that is not the case here. The property was beautiful, very clean and the decor was so cute. The area was walkable with several restaurants nearby. Host was easy to contact. If we return to Chattanooga we will stay here again without a doubt.
My band stayed here for a couple nights while we were on tour. The place is fantastic!So much thoughtfulness and intentionality behind every decision with the interior design of this place. It really made the most out of the space and was able to sleep four dudes very comfortably.The location is also worth mentioning. It’s right smack dab in the middle of where you want to be in Chattanooga. We barely drove anywhere because most of the places we wanted to go were walkable.Great place to stay in Chatt town!
Location was really nice. Slightly on the outskirts of the south side district so you’re far enough away from any restaurant noises yet a short walk to everything. We had no issues with noise from neighbors, train or firetrucks as some previous visitors stated. Velo coffee is right across the street. Walk out the door, cross the street and you’re there. However i suggest taking a right and walking two minutes to Neidlove coffee/bakery. Incredible. We walked to dinner at Alleia (10 minute walk). Fabulous food! I think it’s important to note that the bedroom is on the second level and the daybed/trundle bed is on a third level loft. There is no door to separate the loft-it’s all open concept. The a/c ceiling unit is right above the bed and made us feel stuffy in the morning. The third floor loft has a cute balcony to drink coffee on! Perfect place for couples, a single person or a couple who doesn’t mind sharing the third floor without a door for privacy. Spotlessly clean, great storage and loved access to a full kitchen and washer/dryer.
Really loved the property, quaint, comfortable, clean with a cozy rooftop patio. Walkable to restaurants and other interesting places. We also liked that the neighborhood was quiet.
We are moving to the area in about 9 months. The location of this rental was perfect for us to continue getting to know the area. It was centrally located to everything. I only wish there was a powder room on the first floor rather than only one bathroom on second floor. I would rent again though.
Lovely and clean rental! Everything is as described in the listing, and the porperty management was exceptional at communicating with us throughout our stay. If you are worried about the close proximity to the train tracks, I will note that train traffic seems to be fairly limited (there was only one or two a night that we noticed). So bring some white noise if you're a light sleeper!
Condo was exactly as advertised. It was modern and adorably decorated. Biggest perk for our stay was its walkability to so many places. Hosts even texted to check in a few times. Great little place, definitely recommend!
Great space thoroughly cleaned. Walking distance to just about everything we wanted to be near. Would totally love to stay here again. If I’m not mistaken I think the photos may have been used from some of the other units which might lead you to believe you’re getting something else because I think our patio was a bit different from the one we saw in the picture- no big deal. The three story unit allows for “alone” time and privacy should you need it.

Very comfortable, well-appointed small townhouse. Everything we needed was there and just as pictured and described. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, coffee shops. Host was responsive and welcoming. Recommend!
