  • This unique place has a style all its own. The 1-bedroom home sits on a large lot with fully fenced in 2000 SF private backyard, only minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Luxury outdoor area is furnished with dining space for 4 people, charcoal grill. The approximately 400 SF patio is fenced in private area that faces south. Please note that laundry room is shared with other guests and is located at the main house with exterior entry. Sharing is on FIFO bases (First In/First out)
