"The staff were super friendly and helpful from Erica at check-in to Jody at the Downtowner, and the cleaning staff (sorry I don't have any specific names to shout out!). I loved how close everything was, pretty much all of downtown was within walking distance. We did drive down to the river front but it only took us about 5 minutes to get there. The pool was clean and heated which was perfect for our stay. It was a great experience!"

"The view of the river was beautiful. The walk to the aquarium was easy and relaxing. There is a free trolley that will pick you up at the aquarium and take you down Broad Street. Wear your Walking Shoes! It is beautiful down by the River."

"The main thing we liked was the larger room options with a full Kitchen. Location was great with lots of restaurant options to walk to, parks, the Aquarium, etc. It's a little older and could maybe use a little updating, but otherwise it was very nice. The full breakfast bar was pretty decent as well. "
