"We stayed here last year and booked again for this year, and it didnt disappoint. Its in a great location off the A1, perfect for Northumberland or as a stop off for Scotland. "We stayed for our Anniversary trip and I booked the Olympic suite restaurant and wasn’t disappointed, fabulous food, wonderful attentive staff who couldn’t do enough for us , room was fantastic comfortable beds and pillows , bed was enormous, we had a bath and shower and tea making facilities, everything was within walking distance, lovely few days would certainly go back and a great choice , my only negative was parking which can spoil your experience and made arrival for us very stressful "
"We booked this very last minute and got the last room! It was advertised as small and delivered. Beggars cant be choosers but it was clean and comfortable. The car park is small so unless you're there early its one of the many privately owned car parks in the town and harbour. Beware of the time limits and restrictions. Hotel has a lovely outside seating area in the late afternoon sunshine. Didn't have diner at the hotel but breakfast was buffet style with an excellent choice for all the fussy...
