"The hallway leading to the apartment was not clean. We entered the apartment and found that an old leak in the living room was not fixed, so there was peeling paint and mold. There was a leak from the loft bedroom to the downstairs room and we had to use towels to dry it up, it took 24 hours to have the towels replaced.
