"All the staff we met were happy, polite, understood our query/what we were asking. Check in went very easily, I felt the staff wanted to be there and wanted to help. The hotel was explained to us, eg where breakfast would be, time available, where lifts were etc Breakfast was very nice, a good selection available, plenty of seating. The dining area was always clean, tables were not left dirty for any length of time. I am gluten intolerant the chef (both) was more than happy to provide gf...
