"We had an early morning flight from Bristol Airport, and after searching around we booked this accommodation due to it close proximity to the airport. Check in and check out were so easy. Parking was plentiful, and easy. Could do with some extra lighting though. Room 15 was really well appointed, with characterful touches, and classy decoration and furnishings. "The room was very clean, beds comfy, en suite was nice and clean, huge TV, WIFI was brilliant, fridge was a nice touch as was tea. Coffee and biscuits, there was also nice soft towels and toiletries. On the down side I didn’t see a single member off staff or another guest, didn’t really think much to the key box check in. There was no restaurant or guest TV room. The street is very scruffy and rubbish strew all over the road."
