"I love this property! But at the time of my stay the gentleman checking me in was not very friendly (maybe had an off day) and the dryer was not working. There was no out of order sign posted. I had already washed my load and had to run out to a laundromat to dry my clothes and it was just inconvenient. At checkout the lady that checked me out was very friendly, welcoming and super helpful! Overall this is my fav hotel when flying out of BUF! Super close and very convenient not to mention their breakfast and assortments offered are great!"

"The pool and area surrounding it had a surreal yet natural quality. Nice workout area. Natel at the front desk was stellar. Breakfast could have been better, but was quite adequate and not oversold. (I was told Continental, but it was better than that.)"

I appreciate the hot coffee available near the lobby Room was nice and dark with the heavy shade, and quiet which made for good sleeping. Printed channel guide was helpful for us of the analog generation I'll be staying again. "
