Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
No hot water. No heater. No toiletries or even a towel in the washroom. Service was quick and efficient when checking in, but beyond that not helpful. Manager watched me bring a 20 lbs suitcase down a flight of stairs without offering assistance. In comparison to every other place I have stayed in in Morocco this one was by far the worst.

solo con 100 DH de soborno no da algo decente

El encargado solo nos ofrecio la peor habitacion al lado de la recepcion sin ventanas. Le decimos que pagabamos un poco mas para no estar en esta habitacion, nos dejo esperar un poco y luego nos pidio 100 Dirhams adicionales para las tres noches y nos dio otra habitacion pequeña en el segundo piso. Me parece fatal el tratamiento. Se quedo el con la pasta. Creo que el dueño no sabia nada. El hotel en si no estaba tan mal, la ubicacion es buena. Falta mantenimiento del hotel.

場所はわかりにくいが、きれいなホテル

ホテルは街の中腹にあり、バスターミナルから新死骸を抜けて20〜30分坂を上がる。女性は荷物が大きいとしんどいかな。 地図にある大通りではなく一筋メディナの中に入った通りにある。最初はわかりにくい。グーグルマップに道がない。（点線になっている）。でも新市街の銀行街からの場所さえわかればあとはOK。 銀行を背にして、（右上の茶色のゲートではなく）すぐ前にアスファルトの左上に上がる坂。露天や商店が並ぶ。ちょっと坂を上がってケバブの店を過ぎたあたりの細い細い路地からメディナに入る。突き当りをすぐ左。ずーっと坂を登って突き当り（絨毯などの雑貨屋の角）を左。坂の突き当りがホテル。迷わなければ銀行から3分。 スタッフは優しくてレストランなども教えてくれる。 小さい街なのでメディナで道に迷ったら、ひたすら坂を降りて一度メディナを出て、新市街の銀行街に出て、また坂を登ってメディナに入り…の繰り返し。 銀行街の反対側の広場（山側）に出たらグーグルマップか遺跡に沿ってメディナに入り、坂を降りるか、遺跡の裏側に大通りがあるので、アスファルトの道路を降りて麓に戻ると銀行街に戻ります。 モロッコ人は良くも悪くもとにかく話しかけて来ます。最初は無視していましたが、失礼だと怒られ、そこで考えを変えて、挨拶しまくりました。すると相手も手を振ってくれます。しつこい店員とは握手して、「他の街でたくさん買い過ぎた。買わなくてごめんね」というと、諦めてくれます。（女性はしませんが）男性同士なら握手をして、その手を胸に。（よく見てると現地の挨拶の方法がわかります）相手が年上なら喜んでくれます。チーナ（中国人）の連発で結構疲れますが…その後、治安が悪いタンジェでも無視せずにうるさい奴とは握手をして挨拶しまくったら、案外しつこくされませんでした。男性限定ですが試してみては？モロッコ人は挨拶好きでした！

Nice and its in central of medina,chefchaouen

Hotel was very cozy,traditional,unique. Its in central city of chefchaouen. You can see the breathe taking view from roof top aswell.
