"The sonder concept os terrific for people who need a non hotel experience. The space was huge and confortable and in an excellent area. The big draw back is the sonder app's AI responses to everything. It just doesnt provide the details you need to fully inderstand how to navigate the check in or parking etc. Interaction with Sondaers AI when funneled theough expedia is very vague and unhelpful. Once there and i was able to get the sonder app. Everthing was much clearer and the staff at the proerty is very helpfu!"

"The suite is perfect for three of us, like a small apartment, sufficient for our relaxing and activities. Bedding and beds are clean and comfortable. The kitchen and the dinning area are clean and homey. We like most is the location. Locating right in thd downtown which allow us to be able to walk to everywhere, but surprisingly so quiet at night. Staff are friendly and helpful - directed us to the city hall parking which is close and cheap...only 5 mins walk from the hotel, and just $25 for a 4-days parking! "
