"We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...

"Older & very cool up-side-down boat houses. The first 7 units are near roadside, face ocean & are very quiet (baring any possible noise from neighbor guests). Others are behind front units, in back on lower-rear road. Dont believe the Hot-Tub images you see on some Internet postings, showing a hot-tub in front of units facing ocean....they dont exist. Instead, there is a hot tub that fills with hot natural mineral water (sulfur smell) in each of the units though it's in the back of unit with no...
