The overall cleanliness of the room was very poor. The amount of dirt on the floor and dust on the head boards was surprising. I would suggest that the cleaning staff step up their efforts. The AC smelled of mildew, so we turned it off right away and opened the window for fresh air. "

"A little gem. Comfortable bed, cute furnishings, fridge, microwave and seating area. Newly renovated. No dressers or closets as motels are usually a one night stop. Quiet and secure area. Will be a return visitor. "

"A lot of homeless people around. Their staff left at 10 pm, and a homeless person was shouting and caused an issue, so we called the police. Very poor condition, and not clean. The worst stay we have had. Do not stay at Duncan and this motel. "

We appreciated the welcome package of goodies from local businesses and it was a great location from which to explore the island. The kitchen was well-equipped and made it easy to cook."
