"Everything was amazing except the front desk staff responsible for checking people in. In English and Korean, she had an attitude that I have rarely experienced from a Korean hotel staff. Seems like she may need a break. Might be worthwhile to reassess her total hours to ensure the employee can welcome guests with a warm smile and attitude. Other areas were great. "Great hotel! I had no problem communicating in English with the very friendly staff. Room is very clean and modern, air conditioning works flawlessly. Nespresso coffee is available 24/7, so I didn't need to search out coffee elsewhere. Homemade Korean breakfast was delicious. "The headboard on the bed had large, disturbing stains in the fabric. The buffet was large and had many offerings providing a variety of breakfast options. They do not provide coffee in the room, only tea. I suspect this a tacit agreement with the Starbucks Reserve in the lobby to draw in guests. Not a huge problem, unless you wake up early because Starbucks does not open until the mid-morning (traditional Korea start times)."
