10/10 Excellent

"I can’t even express how much wonderful everything was at this venue. It exceeded our expectations for our entire weekend of wedding fun. From camp games to flower arrangement classes the group enjoyed every inch of the property. Between the pools and hot tubs there was even some time to relax prior to the big event. Thank you again for having us and we will be back for future events."

"Our stay was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. The vibe of the old building is really cool. I do think they would benefit from upgraded carpet and bathrooms. The gym is really nice and spacious. Recommend the hotel offer complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning everyday. It would also be nice if the onsite restaurant/ bar was open more. Overall a great stay for the price."

"Check in staff was too busy smoking outside to bother checking us in for 5 minutes. I've stayed in lots of hotels and this is only acceptable as a flop house for the night. Place is showing serous signs of wear and needs at least some upkeep if not a complete remodel. Bathroom was filthy bed was decent. I was traveling with my wife and will never stay here again. I've stayed in some rough spots over the last 45 years in my work travels so I'm no stranger to cheap hotels and this is one."

4/10 Poor

"The location was great. Just a short walk to the river. The staff was great. My only complaint was the size of the bathroom. I had to back my legs up to the toilet just to open the door to get out or close it once inside. The shower controls also didn't work well with half the water still coming out of the bottom faucet. Probably because the shower head was clogged up about 50% . The breakfast bar was not to my liking as the only protein was chicken sausage."
