"Poor Wi-fi. Toilet didn’t flush. It took 3 calls for someone to answer the phone. Towels were dirty. You have to pay to park in their garage. Room furniture was old & worn. Staff was great though, very friendly & helpful. They were the saving grace of our stay there. "

"The hotel itself and staff are very nice. While we didn't take advantage of it, it being a pet-friendly property is nice to know. Booked a room with a tub, which was deep and spacious -- Separate shower and tub is a nice amenity. Nice lobby bar, although a bit overpriced, especially for mocktails. Bed was not the most comfortable. The bed linens did not feel premium, and were strangely loud. Although nitpicky, it was a nice experience. "

"Hotel is across street from Revolution museum and great location for walking to everything! National Mechanics on 3rd with Ben Franklin court/musuem 5 min walk. Irish bars around the corner on 2nd - Brownies and Plough & Stars!! Self park is 5 min walk in garage - $28 daily. NOTE Check in is 4 PM not 3 pm! Had to wait. Do not get room with just 1 queen - tiny little box of a room. Breakfast was good - although fake eggs? "
