"Excellent location in old city"

"This hotel is designed in a maximalist style: bold, colorful prints, regency inspired mirrors and furniture and lots of contrasts. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and have huge closets. Was not able too explore the rooftop as it was being used for a corporate event during my stay. Breakfast at the Red Owl Tavern was good and valet parking is available for $70/night. Only issue we had was one day we put the Do Not Disturb sign out at 8 am and then removed it at 11:30 am. We left the room at 12:30 and came back at 6:20 pm and it still had not been cleaned or made. When I called the front desk I was told that housekeeping had left for the day and they could not make the beds or clean it - could just empty trash and drop off clean towels. Was told if you put the DND sign out in the early morning it gets marked off for the rest of the day. "

"Hi everyone, no breakfast available, just coffee and muffins. They have lunch and dining, close to historic site, psy parking was very convenient. The rooms felt like home. "

"Club quarters is my favorite place to say while, I'm in visting philadelphia. It's the perfect location, plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Whenever, I'm in philadelphia, Club quarters is my go to hotel."

"Took our 7 year old and really enjoyed our stay! The staff was great, friendly and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location and many things were walkable or a quick walk to the subway. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfortable! I really appreciated being able to check in early after traveling overnight from the west coast, but I realize that may have been easier to do on a Tuesday morning than a weekend so I don’t expect they can accommodate that for a weekend check in."

"Where to begin, well the water pressure was very low had a hard time trying to wash hands because faucet is small and pressure so low. Windows no insulation every noise on the street from homeless yelling to idiots reving their cars to music could be heard loudly on the 9th floor."
