The stars and service question and rating are subtly skewed as the hotel itself the staff was phenomenal and top tier. However, the restaurant staff on property for Luciano by Gino D’Acampo was utterly horrendous, waited 45 minutes for water refills and only received because I got up to ask for them, not much was done at all about the issue other then restaurant management making excuse of being short staffed, but she couldn’t be bothered to check on us or anyone else knowing that? We received a 20% discount upon checkout and lodging a more formal complaint in the lobby. We had reservations for two months and made it our last meal in the UK and couldn’t had been more disappointed or let down. The hotel nice, their restaurants, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Location was great as I lived in the Flemings Townhouse for a few months so I knew the area quite well. The hotel was very nice although our room was tiny. It was hard to walk sound the bed. As far as VIP benefits, there were none. Breakfast wasn’t included.

A pleasant stay at the Fairhaven.
"A pleasant stay at the Fairhaven. It is well located on the seafront and offers simple comfortable rooms. The discounted parking at a nearby multistorey car park is a nice bonus as parking around the hotel is expensive. Thank you."

Stepping back in time in a beautiful location!
"Loved the whole experience apart from a few unwelcoming staff, particularly on Reception. Staying here is like stepping back in time! Great location close to one of the outstanding beaches of Studland. Fabulous views out to sea and plenty of interesting walks."

"Accepting that this a budget hotel, we felt it was excellent throughout. The Colombian receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful. We simply wanted a convenient stop prior to catching the ferry plus EV charging facilities. It filled all the boxes"
