"Nice hotel tube few mins walk but spa was disappointing as in no loungers or seats at all to relax on, sauna not working and hot tub broken with kids jumping in and out so took us 5 mins to leave the untranquil space and staff didn’t let us know in advance which is a shame!"

"Only stayed one night,did not use facilities. Breakfast was excellent, just across the road from Heathrow airport but no noise whatsoever, Regular public transport from hotel to terminals, a fare is payable and it stops at a few hotels before dropping you off at your terminal"

"It's so easy to get to the Premier Inn from Heathrow airport. It's such a relief to be able to get to an early flight or arrive from a long flight and get right to sleep. I am so thankful for their convenient location, quiet rooms, and helpful staff. I enjoyed the breakfast too."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Raddisson Blu. I was surprised by how nice the hotel was. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. This will now be my hotel of preference when travelling via Heathrow. My only criticism would be that the service, in the restaurant, was very slow. I think there probably were not sufficient staff members to efficiently cover the number of diners."
