"From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff member on the check in desk, I was told everything I needed to know about the hotel, like brakefast times and so on. The room was fine for what I needed asI was not there for most of the day anyway, The only problem I had was the bathroom size as it was too small but thats what you get for a single room. The room was quite the bed was just right! The Brakefast was spot on, fresh and cooked just right, coffee, toast and so on, set...

"Nice hotel, good location near Botanical Gardens, restaurant was closed but I was warned in advance and had food delivered to my room. Comfortable bed, only ‘complaint’ is that the pillows were hard. Well stocked bathroom, nice fluffy towels, good powerful hairdryer. I was on business for one night but would definitely return. "

"When we arrived, the staff attended to us very quickly and efficiently and were very welcoming. The hotel is very clean, breakfast is delicious and all the hotel and spa staff were pleasant. The room i believe got upgraded from the one we booked previously and overall would recommend the place so already booked the next trip to go back!!!"
