"Overall we were happy with the accommodation but concerned when the alarm went off while no staff were on site it was disturbing to get an automated response when dialing the out of hours contact number offering to put me thru to reservations or the restaurant. Was on a call to emergency services when someone appeared to say an alarm had been tripped in the cellar and issue resolved . I mentioned the out of hours contact number didn’t get me to a human response was told it connects to them...

"We loved this place! Perfect location for us. We thought that the area was ace. Such a good vibe. The pub itself had good range of beer. The manager was helpful and friendly. There's lots to do around Peckham. We tried several of the local cafes and they were brilliant. We will definitely stay at the Victoria Inn in future."
