"Kasa South Loop Chicago was perfect for our stay. We were able to check-in without any problems. Our apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. I slept on the fold out sofa, which was comfortable. The front desk personnel were friendly and answered any questions that I had. The location was perfect.
