About this property

The Roscoe Village Guesthouse

  • Located in a village within the city of Chicago, welcome to "The Roscoe Village Guesthouse", at the corner of Roscoe and Damen. We are in the heart of Roscoe Village and walking distance to the CTA brown line train. We are less than 1 mile west of Wrigley Field and a 30 minute train ride to downtown Chicago. Right outside your door are restaurants & boutique shopping Plenty of free street parking around the house.

    We offer 2 queen beds and 1 full size bed. Two bedrooms have large closets. All bedrooms have a nightstand and or dresser with a lamp. There is a work area with a desk that has height adjustment for sitting or standing. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking ware, dishes, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. A dishwasher is also available for use. The back area has a large washer and dryer which is free to use. The unit also offers 600 mps WIFI. Currently there is one 55" smart tv in the apartment. The Bakeshop Chicago occupies the store front of the building. The Bakeshop is a café that offers coffee, breakfast sandwiches and pastries. This is very convenient. There are also restaurants on each side of the building. Excellent area! You will need to climb stairs to the unit.

Excellent location. Plenty of stores, bars and restaurants. We took in a Cubs game and even that was walkable to save the time and money of trying to park.Host was great to communicate with.

Fantastic Host

This place is in an amazing location, with so much around to each and shop. Very centrally located for our needs. Somehow I didn’t receive the checkin info with door codes or unit number but Jed quickly answered my call and provided all we needed. We struggled a bit with the shower head later on our first night and Jed responded just as fast to the text to help. He was so helpful, the space was lovely and homey. It had great extras and parking was never an issue, even on St. Patrick’s day weekend.

We couldn’t have picked a better location or better place to stay! The apartment was clean and packed will all the amenities we could have needed. Jedidiah was so responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Our family had a fantastic stay in Roscoe Village! The home was exactly as described, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was responsive, welcoming, and made the entire process seamless. The location was perfect, with great restaurants, shops, and easy access to everything Chicago has to offer while still feeling like a charming neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Chicago.
