Room was clean, water pressure was good, the line for breakfast was so long, many guests (including us) wete unable to eat before the food was put up. The elevators were very slow, but that's to be expected in a large city. The location was great.

Room was great. Very comfy and spacious. Hotel is close to major tourist area, walking distance to most of them and CTA is across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Great location. We checked in Thursday and checked out Saturday. The process was very easy. The "market" was out of water by Friday evening and no restock for Saturday morning. Not the most comfortable bed/pillows but not the worst. Overall great stay.

This was my 3rd year to visit. The room was facing the elevator an it was noisy all time. Also the continental breakfast is way less quality that before and it was kind of strange to the staff to provide bar code for staff tips/donation.
