Staff was so kind and helpful. Smaller pool but still well maintained. Lobby and room was clean. We stayed there for an event at Soldier Field. It was a short drive to the stadium and also close to the airport.

I booked this hotel specifically for the free airport shuttle. The room was very spacious. The bathroom could have been cleaner but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Beds were comfy. There was a restaurant in the hotel that was convenient and had good food since the hotel isn’t in the best area of town (we didn’t have a car and definitely didn’t want to walk anywhere).

Airport shuttle was the best feature other than the proximity to the airport. The hotel front desk staff was extremely courteous, pleasing and helpful during my stay. Promptness of the housekeeping staff can be better as when we requested to extra towel, they confirmed it will be sent but was never sent. I would definitely return to the property if staying in Chicago midway.

The hotel is always nice. We stay here quite a bit. The only issue this stay was the tub was not very clean. I had to clean it myself. I didn't bother housekeeping because I know how I like to clean some stuff myself. Besides that the stay was just fine. The room was comfortable and staff is always nice.
