Every staff was very friendly, but Daniel from front desk is amazing! Great hospitality and very informative. Room was also clean. Although, I was not informed I’d be charged $12.00 for Fiji water(thought it came with the room). Otherwise it was a good overnight stay.

Nice hotel with friendly staff! Housekeeping very helpful and kind. It does seem the front desk was understaffed for the size of hotel and how busy it was. Was hard to get call answered when phoned desk.

The front desk who checked me in is very helpful and recognized my Marriott status and upgraded my room . Also , upon checking out , my request for a late check out was granted . The staff are easy to talk to , and accommodating. The hotel have a good bar with happy hour . The location is fantastic , at River north - which is one of the best locations in Chicago
