Good customer service and nice rooms, but too much loitering around area. Random people sitting outside in lawn chairs in the parking lot. Not a good look. Other than that, decent hotel.

The room we stayed in was clean enough. The whole place just had a very cold vibe. Not cold as in temperature, cold as in prison-like. Weird smells. Only stayed one night but that was too much tbh. They also took a $100 deposit which left a bad taste in my mouth.

The guy at the desk was friendly and helpful. First room smelled of marijuana and asked to change rooms. Room did have roaches. Curtain was barely holding to the wall. Entrance also had mild smell of vomit. Guest had a chair in front entrance smoking. Window screens knocked out and on the ground.

Property is doing some internal refurbishing so little mess. Hallways could be lit better for safety and brightening up the hallways. Front Desk very helpful and nice people. My second stay at this hotel.

You have to be clear on what your needs are. If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay, then this might be it. You will have to be comfortable with the environment, as there are people that seem to live at the place. As such, there were men “hanging• outside. This was in the morning when I left, and also in the evening when I returned. I was not afraid, but was cognizant of my surroundings. At no time did any of the men say anything to me. I did get a few stares, however. The facility meet my needs. It was a roof over my head, and was reasonably clean. I was in Chicago for a conference, and was only in the room to sleep. Check-in was seamless. The person at the desk was pleasant enough. My room was clean.

The best part about it the room had a kitchen I had no problem with getting it the dishes or the utilities I need to use in the kitchen nice day no problem

The hotel was okay, not the worst not the best. The paint is slightly chipped, stains on the floor, and also there was some mold in the shower. There was also some dust in certain areas. Bed was comfy as well as pillows. AC worked well and TV was working as well. Didn’t use the kitchen area.

You get what you pay for

Not clean at all, was a non smoking hotel but smelled like cigarettes in the hallways and in the king suite I got, the room was spacious but very outdated and dirty, the hallway to my room was dark and felt sketchy walking to my room, all in all I guess 380$ for the weekend wasn’t so bad, just don’t expect something luxurious, hotel needs a massive renovation.

The room itself was great and the staff very helpful. My only issue is that we had to pay a deposit when we got there and that was not in the information when booking the room initially. It really put a strain on our trip and worried us if we could get back home safely. But they put it back on there quickly so I will give them that. But they need to be upfront about the deposit you have to pay.

The lady that check me end gave me a room with no working equipment had checked in with three days of items. Had to pack everything up to move to another room my vacation I had to work move from room to room.
