"I used Expedia to book one room with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed. What I got was a Murphy bed which was very uncomfortable and a huge circular couch. I brought this to their attention and I was told this was what I paid for. The desk agent also said the Murphy bed was like all the other beds in the hotel. No so. The room next to ours had 2 regular size/type beds. The whole experience was very much “take it or leave it “."

My 7yo cut her foot in the outdoor pool and when I ran to the front desk, although I told the receptionist “my kid cut her foot in your pool, do you have a 1st aid kit” she went in her drawer and opened up 2 packs of bandaids to see what size I wanted. Bandaids, not even a 1st aid kit with wound cleaning supplies, creams etc. No concern or sympathy to my kid’s injury. Nothing! Just here’s bandaids. I...

"Upon arrival, everyone was pleasant and helpful. If anything, the only thing I would suggest is a Al carte offering for breakfast. I would’ve rather had a coffee and water versus laying $22 for the full buffet I didn’t need."
