My husband and I came from NJ to see Cubs and White Sox play. This hotel was in very convenient location and reasonably priced. Room was very clean and free parking was included. Staff was super accommodating and let us check in early. Highly recommend.

At first glance we were concerned but our room was clean and a great size. Staff were nice. Bus station was very close. Covered parking was comforting. Meh breakfast. One challenge was slow check in via computer and with bad subtitles and no bathroom in lobby and after a long drive I really needed bathroom

The staff at this Super 8 over the past week were very helpful and Harry at the front desk was great and helped us with our parking needs. This was greatly appreciated! Great place to stay! Highly recommend! Harry is the best too and was understanding of our larger utility vehicle parking needs. Thx!!

Safe, easy parking, clear instructions. Rooms have easy to clean surfaces. Bathroom (esp shower) was not as thoroughly cleaned as I would have hoped... remnants of shaving in the soap area and along the edges. I just pretended it was a campground shower. Also, plenty of towels but the blankets were thin and no extras provided in the room. I am sure I could have called for some, but it was the middle of the night when I was cold so I didn't want to.

The property was small, but neat. Parking was minimal and in a VERY tight covered area. The outside of the property looked kind of shabby. The check in was strange-done via monitor and camera. It was a live person, they just weren't physically in that location. It was kind of neat that our conversation showed up on the screen as we spoke, like closed captioning. There were actual staff people at the front desk, but they were there to get things like ice buckets or more towels. They were friendly. The building was all strange angles and everything in the room was the same. There was no regular corner, everything was slanted. Overall, the stay was fine. It was quiet. And we got it for a decent price. You do pay extra for parking though..

This was our first real visit to Chicago. We picked location and no frills. Honestly, the staff here made our experience exceed expectations to a point that we'll be coming back. Great location, family-oriented, easy city access, SAFE, clean, and very unique (in a very cool way) upon entry. Guys, the elevator is cute, no big deal. During the right weather with the beach nearby, what else could you need?

i loved everything about the property and the staff was very nice and helpful. the virtual check-in was different but still easy. very walkable, about 5 min to jarvis station to get downtown or to other areas! the hotel room and common areas were very clean as well. free parking was the cherry on top!

Staff was super sweet and helpful. Nice to have free parking. Room was clean, stayed for night. Remote to tv didn’t work, but weren’t there long enough to really watch tv, just needed background noise while getting ready. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a place in the area.
