We stayed at the Viceroy Chicago last night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is stylish, comfortable, and feels thoughtfully designed in every detail. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. Great hotel. Updated, clean, nice. I had 4 bags and when I arrived, no one offered to help me with them, offer me a trolly to take them to my room, etc. When I checked out, a nice bell man named Mark offered to help me, he was great.
