Sound here, ocean there. Clotheslines for the suits. Double outdoor showers. Responsive owner ensuring all is smooth. Don’t hesitate. But don’t take our week!"

"We absolutely loved this house! It was very clean with a spacious open floor concept in the main living/kitchen area. We could all hang out and enjoyed many laughs together. The bonus game room was a huge hit for the teens in our group as well as the basketball goal outside. The beach was a quick walk or drive across the road. This house allowed us to have the fun and relaxing vacation we had hoped for! "

"This is a clean, tastefully decorated, well-appointed cute cottage at a great location. Within minutes walking distance to both the Sound and the Ocean. Also centrally located to explore towns to the North like Duck as well as the ones to the South like Hatteras (and beyond - we took the Ocracoke ferry and had a great day in that area too). There are stores and restaurants that are walking distance too. We found everything we needed (and tons of things that families with kids would appreciate) at the cottage. Highly recommend. "

"Overall our stay was amazing. This place is perfect. The best of everything. Not to bad of a walk to the beach, fishing and paddle boarding in the back yard and of course the pool and hot tub for relaxing. We had space is someone wanted quiet time away from others. When we were inside we all spent most our time in the main area, so much room for all 12 of us to sit, eat, talk and cut up. "

"Perfect location and amenities. The house had all of the amenities you need for a beach house and it is right on the beach with no fuzz or walk. The downstairs A/C was not working, but the property team was responsive and provided timely responses alternatives to get it fixed."
