"My family spent three fantastic nights at Clayton's place, and love it. It was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Outer Banks. The great room is nice an big, light colors and lots to sunshine coming in through the sliding doors. The deck was plenty wide for watching sunsets, lounging and watching the stars (we brought our telescope). You can see the sound from the deck. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfy, modern and ready for us when we arrived. We especially loved the hot tub and sofa area under the house. It was private, but still let in sunshine and the breeze. The outdoor projector and screen is such a great bonus.Clayton is so great, and was incredibly responsive to every question we had. Location-wise, this was ideal for us. Just a few minutes to Jockey's Ridge area, restaurants and shopping in one direction; yet we could get to Coquina Beach out in South Nags Head in less than 15 minutes. Super trip!"

"This house had a great layout. The top floor was open with kitchen, great room and bath, perfect for 4 adults to spend time together and also for privacy downstairs when retiring. The whole house was very clean! We had everything we could have asked for in the kitchen, The neighborhood was quiet and secure, all of us loved our stay. Would definitely stay again. Check-in was effortless due to explicit instructions by host, Linda!Highly recommend this house!We came to Nags Head to attend the St Patrick’s day parade, something we do annually! We were very close to the site we always drive to for watching the parade. "

"We arrived to no linens at all in the house, dead roaches on the floors and in the ice maker and broken heating system… in mid November. We love this house and hope the owners can do better in the future. The owners tried to help and were responsive to our messages but when asked for compensation we were not satisfied. "
