"My wife and I stayed for 3 days during the first week of September '26. It was clean and comfortable and, as advertised, it is right on the beach. I had set up my first shipwreck dive with Roanoke Island Dive Shop, which was a beach dive about 9 miles down the road. While I was doing that, wifey just strolled out of our cottage and hit the beach for a while. Very convenient location to watch the sunrise over the ocean. I would stay there again. My only complaint is that our cottage didn't have any curtains. The property stays lit up at night and the blinds over the windows were not enough to block out that light."

"Nice, comfortable and clean. This was our third stay at the cottage and we'll keep coming back. The property is very close to the fairgrounds where we take our dogs to play fetch and Frisbee. Amy is very attentive and extremity helpful. Bring a sharp knife or two as you'll need them if you do most of your cooking in the cottage."
