"Our stay at Pier View condos was absolutely wonderful! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Joe was an exceptional host—incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our entire visit. Every detail was taken care of to make our trip effortless and relaxing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again!"

"Fantastic! This owner deserves all the 5 stars he gets! The view was amazing. Even from inside you could have a beautiful view of the ocean. The host was thoughtful and communication was great. All was clean and start up supplies provided. Sheets and towels provided was a plus for us. The pool was warm, clean and so relaxing. There was space on counters, bathroom counters bedroom dressers etc. the furnishings were tasteful and comfy. The balcony was spacious. The walk to beach was pretty easy. A little hill. So boardwalk, sand and small hill. There is a cargo lift which is quite handy, right to your floor. The parking was wonderful. Could park under condos or in spacious parking lot. Check in was easy, check out simple. The manager of the building Mike was very nice and helpful. I do not believe I have stayed at a better place anywhere at any beach. Not a busy beach, quiet area. Wonderful!"

"The condo was good and as expected per the description. The only negative I would have to say is the beds are rock hard and would benefit from even a mattress topper. Hosts were responsive, and we had no issues during our week stay. The view from the balcony is a side view of the ocean but still a nice view. You can sit out there anytime listening to the sounds of the ocean; & even to catch some sun rays as the afternoon sun feels great sitting on the balcony with the light breeze felt. The facility itself could use some structural upgrades, and definitely need elevators on the sides as the central condos are the only ones with an elevator. The luggage lifts are super slow, small, and do a lot of popping and snapping-not sounding too well. The stairs to the third floor aren’t friendly to someone with vertigo and/or long term COVID lungs. Both pools were nice as well. Overall, we had a nice relaxing week and enjoyed our first trip to the OBX. We will definitely be back for another trip!"

"I’ve been coming to OBX for 35 years and this was my first condo experience…. It did not disappoint. That balcony was pure heaven. Ample seating, and amazing views. My morning coffee was divine out there. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. My daughter enjoyed both beds in the other room. We also enjoyed both pools, they were perfect for our six year old. Only issue we had was the bath towels were still wet in the dryer when we arrived and no one ever answered about an early check in when I texted. Otherwise, everything was great and I would def stay again. Thank you!!"
