"Good location and good price for what you get. It is right next to the station and so convenient for visiting Naples (on foot or via metro) or outside of naples (via the train or buses). Pretty basic and can do with some update. There's city noise but not too bad in later in the evening, although there was a school group staying there in the first night and they caused noise way past midnight - tried ringing reception but no answer. Still, I am happy to recommend the hotel."

"We had a lovely room that was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we could choose our pillow type if we wanted. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a deluxe room, which was great as it had coffee making facilities in, which the superior rooms don't. The location was perfect for sightseeing and connections for train and metro. Overall a great stay!"

"It was close to most things but this area was rather poor and a lot of homeless near by. It was definitely one of the nicer buildings. The hotel breakfast was really good our room was ok it wasn’t as nice as I had expected. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There way black mold in the shower. "

"My tap was leaking on the floor. Hotel right near station buses, trains etc and can get to airport in 10 mins. Hotel felt safe once in room as I travelled solo. The area not so safe to go out in evening solo so I stayed in but lots of police around. "

"A really disappointing hotel. Despite booking a superior room, I was placed in annex room on the fourth floor which looked nothing like those publicised on the hotels.com website. The room was noisy due to being in the roof with wallpaper coming off the walls. Communal areas were also soulless and the general area surrounding the hotel was not pleasant. The hotel was so bad that an early check out and refund was attempted, however, the hotel refused. In summary, I would not recommend and suggest significant due diligence."
