"The hotel was located in a very convenient area. Many restaurant options just steps away. The breakfast offered ever morning had great variety and chef cooked eggs how we wanted. The room itself was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly !"

Surprisingly quiet for being so central, even within the hotel, which was perfect as a mother visiting Naples solo who never gets silent rest! "We had an upgrade. Big room for two people. The room had the balcony with bottle of beer that seems like an ashtray. Inside the room was clean and had a free bottles of water. Staff were so kind and helpful."

"Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options"
