"The room was clean, a little dated but a good size room and clean. Appreciate the hard floors (no carpet). Bed was comfortable, sheets and bedding clean, good pillows. Bathroom was a little dated but everything in working order and clean. Didn’t use the pool, was a bit crowded for my liking but the pool area was indoors and appeared clean. Did use the laundry, this was a great perk. I brought my own soap but there’s a vending machine close to purchase snacks or soap for the washer if needed. Underground parking was great- helped keep car secure and cooler than the front lot. Onsite security was nice peace of mind. On the last day found out there was a free shuttle service to downtown or nearby shopping- wish I would’ve known sooner! Great perk! Plan to stay here again next time I visit family. Highly recommend this hotel, way better attention and cleanliness than the lucerna across the street. Not to mention more affordable. Good location with shopping and food nearby."
