"Had a great two nights stay...we were given a room upstairs at the back which was nice and quiet..the en suite was a little tight but clean...the bedroom was compact but nicely laid out...the range of teas/coffee including hot chocolate and biscuits are a lovely touch... bathroom range of soap/shampoo/lotions are of good quality...had a great stay.. will be back... "Stayed two nights for a long weekend, perched on the edge of Highclere Castle for our visit. Quite close to the A34, but even though our room was on that side we had no traffic noise. Nice little room upstairs in the cottage next door. Breakfast was included and that was excellent. Also had two evening meals, sample photos attached. Chef is very talented. Would happily return."

"Convenient but road is very noisy for a stay in Southampton for St Marys attendance. Bed was a little uncomfortable for someone who is 6'2" but facilities were clean and safe. Good to have free parking and overall about right value for money."
