The people working at the hotel were super kind and helpful in planning excursions, especially Juan Carlos who helped us plan a fun few days in the area. "This hotel is conveniently located near Grey Lake and offers stunning mountain views. The staff is exceptionally polite and attentive, and the food is outstanding. The rooms are beautiful, with gorgeous vistas. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you take their excursions. If you're planning to navigate to Glacier Grey, the hotel serves as the meeting point. We booked a half-day trek through the hotel, and our guide, Nicolas, was very attentive and always answered our questions. At the end of the trek, they provided delicious snacks."

"We booked a room with a view of The Massif and it was completely worth it as the view is incredible! You also get the same view from the dining room and bar and comfy seating areas which were great for relaxing and taking it all in. The room was clean and modern although only minor disappointment was the bathroom which could do with an upgrade to match the quality of the rest of the hotel. The pool was lovely, a great space to relax after a long hike the day before. Initially we had concerns over being isolated in this location but for a couple of days we had no issues. Good dining options in the hotel and we booked hikes and transfers through ‘The Masssif’ who are based at the hotel and we’re great. Overall highly recommend."

"Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this property. Gorgeous exterior and perfectly designed and appointed interiors. Luxurious sheets, etc. It even smells great. The staff is extremely accommodating, arranging taxis, storing luggage, and setting out breakfast before regular serving hours when we needed a super early start. Highly recommended. "

"It was a little bit removed from the main strip, which made it quiet and restful.. The service was lovely and it was the best breakfast we had in our trip -simple and delicious. I also has great views of the lake. The dinner was just ok, but we were tired and hungry and appreciated there kitchen staying open late for us! "
