"The apartment was very nice. There were a few areas that could use some maintenance, but overall it is a nice apartment. When we informed them that the coffee pot was broken, they responded very quickly with a new pot, but then we learned the coffee machine didn't work. I would still recommend the apartment as the accommodations far exceed the price (great value)"

"The apartment is great, clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. I’m not giving it 5 stars because there should be an A/C, it’s hot without A/C during the day and at night. "I really enjoyed staying this property, nice staff, cleanliness of the property 👍, except for the master room shower needs a deep cleaning has some dirty stain marks/mold. We showered with our sandals on. Also, it would be great if there was an AC in the rooms was really hot and stuffy. There was ceiling fan and portable fan but it was still hot. Will definitely stay here again. 👍🙂"

"I am glad I found this little place. Not so close to the hustle and bustle of the centre of Antigua. Walking distance is quite feasible, and the shuttle is available and very accommodating. The place is clean and welcoming. The staff is pleasant and always ready to assist you in any way they can. The host, Ria, is just amazing. She went out of her way to make this stay an amazing experience. For a first timer in Guatemala for a longer stay than usual, this place was for me a nest away from home....

"I like the fact that it's quiet ,small, place. Personalized service, Good size of room , spacious closet and bathroom. I also like the breakfast menu . Isabel is a loving person. I didn’t like the fact that, there isn’t AC. Or ceiling fan or portable fan, it was hot during the day and evening hours. The water flow it’s low. The shower head it’s too close to the wall. Other than that. I will stay again in my next visit."
