The staff if the condos are friendly and helpful. The unit and entire complex is clean. The price isn't bad and the property is located on some of the best beaches in Vallarta. The only downside is the constant drone of the air conditioning system of the adjoining hotel. At least the sound is consistent so you do kind of get accustomed to it."

"AC did not work but the fan worked. Some of the furniture was worn or broken. But overall, for Mexico, and especially Yelapa where there are limited amenities, it was fairly good. The staff were helpful, especially Ismar, who spoke some English. As my Spanish is poor I was grateful for that!"
