Located in Chinatown, this hotel has cool design and was comfortable and quiet. The sheets could be softer for this being a nicer property but otherwise can’t complain.

Best Western Plus Soho Hotel near the Tribeca area in New York is a gem. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is prepared with care by the onsite chef/cooks. The rooms are clean, welcoming, and a great value for the area they are in.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous L’industrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

We were impressed with how nice the hotel was for the money. The staff was very polite and welcoming. For NYC, the rooms were decent size. Nice new tv with smart functions so you can either watch directv or sign into your preferred streaming service. We had city view rooms with a nice park view. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the closest metro stop but this is a minor quibble. The excellent Uncle Lou is across the street and a must visit for Chinese food fans. Would stay here again.

For the price in NYC, this hotel is a bargain. It is not luxurious, but we were on the go so much that it would have been a waste of money to spend more on a hotel. The breakfast was good and varied. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. They answered many of our questions and gave us honest advice and suggestions. This hotel was perfect for our NYC weekend trip. Chinatown was walkable and the food options were plentiful. The F train was a quick 5 minute walk that allowed us to access everything easily. The hotel itself was clean, looked and felt updated and had all basic necessities. The lobby had coffee and tea station but more importantly a water bottle filler machine. Bed linens were very soft and comfy. Highly Recommend!!!

Good location in Chinatown Manhattan, on Canal St and Bowery, right next to a Popeye's. The lobby smells like biscuits! Staff were super friendly and accommodating. They will hold your luggage if you arrive early or need to depart later in the day. No cafeteria, but you are super close to a TON of food options, so that should not deter you from booking here. It’s a lovely hotel and the staff were amazing. My room was upgraded, which was great and I had a corner room with beautiful views on the 8th floor and it was cozy and warm. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end of my stay. Common areas were cozy and clean. They even let me store my bags for several hours on my checkout day while waiting on my late flight.

Very new interior. A good deal compared with other hotels in the area. Nice midtown location. Nearby subway and bus. Nice little cafe inside hotel (and bar in late afternoon and evening. Rooms while not large are big enough and larger than many hotels.

4th time coming here, it is alsays good to be stay here

Great location! Great restaurants nearby! Comfortable beds. It would have been nice though if a little birthday card or something was put in my room! Other than that you cannot go wrong staying here and I’m planning to again!
