"The front desk clerk was really unfriendly and not at all welcoming. Unfortunately for us that’s a real turn off. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The cafeteria is pretty disappointing and quite pricey. I suggest going to the restaurant at the Best Western. Prices there were reasonable and food was excellent."

Great location to Canyon de Chelly.
"This is a wonderful location to visit Canyon de Chelly. The grounds are very nice. The room was clean and modern. It was a very hot day, we had our small dog and we were not allowed to check in 45 minutes early. The hotel was not busy or the parking spaces filled to indicate it was full. Check out time is 11am. Our door key cards stopped working at 9am. However, overall I would still recommend it."
