The staff went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost luggage. I cannot say enough about there kindness. The hotel is very conveniently located and reasonably priced (breakfast included). We would definitely recommend this property!!

This was a delightful place to stay. We loved the location that allowed us to walk to the beach and to the historic area of Chioggia. We enjoyed the city's fish festival - the night life was fun to experience! Our room and morning breakfast were lovely. Francesco at the front desk was very helpful in giving directions to parking. This was the only reason for a 4 star rating. Unloading luggage outside the house was difficult - one has to back out of the road to park the car in a lot. The two parking areas emailed to us were both farther away and full due to the festival event. We were redirected to a parking area much closer to the house that was open and much easier to drive in and out of. We highly recommend using Park Unione at Calle Ponte San Giacomo 30015 Chioggia VE. Other than the parking craziness we had a wonderful stay here! Thank you, Domus Clugiae!

No AC or ceiling fan

Our room was filled with hot, stagnant air during the last few days of May. Large open windows did not bring in a breeze and couldn't be left open at night due to mosquitos. The AC was obviously working in the rest of the hotel as the common area outside our hallway was about 7 degrees cooler. Our thermostat seemed to be working but the air would not kick on. When I inquired at the front desk, I was told the AC was not working because "it is May." With no ceiling fan, I was forced to go to a local hardware shop and purchase a stand fan for 35 euros. Even with this rotating over us at night, my daughter and I had trouble sleeping on top of the covers. FYI, we are from south Texas and are not wimps when it comes to heat. I wish I would have known when booking that it was up to management whether or not I could have air flow in my room. On a separate note, their TV menus are locked so that you cannot switch the audio or subtitles to another language; they are permanently set on Italian.

Im Herzen von Chioggia

Ein sauberes Haus im Zentrum von Chioggia, aufmerksam geführt. Unser Doppelzimmer war einfach möbliert, das Bad ausreichend groß und sauber. Frühstück war (auch Virus-bedingt) sehr italienisch aber in Ordnung. Die drei Sterne sind angemessen, die Mitarbeiter hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wenn man nicht gerade nach Luxus sucht ist man hier gut aufgehoben. In der Umgebung gibt es auch sehr gute Restaurants und Osterie!
