"Our hotel room was very hot, no ac or an additional fan was available. There was mould and rust in the bathroom, the curtains had holes in them, the tv didn’t work, the tap water was cloudy so we had to buy bottled water. The pool wasn’t very nice and with no shallow end it’s not kid friendly. The breakfast was lovely, staff were nice and helpful but for a 4 star hotel it seemed in real need of an update, small changes like additional fans, a fridge in the room, sorting out mould and buying new curtains would have made a huge difference. Plus we saw a guest leave his dog’s mess in the car park, doesn’t give the place a particularly 4 star feel."
