"We had a lovely nights stay at The Bell Inn. Room was comfortable and a good size, staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they were out of Roast Dinners on the evening we were there but there was plenty of other choices on the menu. The portion sizes were very good and the food lovely. There's a good breakfast choice, of continental and cooked options.
The place is great for walking into the town or out along the canal. There is a carpark on site or free places just along the next street...

My bed had a dent down the centre so prominent it felt like I was sleeping in a bowl.

"The best location possible to visit the Cotswolds- and stay right on the water! It was truly magical to look out our window at the river. We stayed 2 nights and walked to the villages of Lower and Upper Slaughter, and Stow on the Wold right from the hotel. Loved the history of the hotel and the people- were so helpful! Breakfast at the restaurant was a treat and made logistics so easy and stress free for our visit. Was a dream just to hang out and walk along the river!"
